Gharena House offers a 5-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible gold and silver jewellery that is unused, unworn, and returned with original tags, certificates (where applicable), and packaging. Items must match the condition in which they were shipped.
Custom-made, engraved, or otherwise personalized pieces are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. We will address such cases in line with applicable consumer protection laws after verification.
Gharena House processes refunds only after the returned items are received and inspected at our facility. If you purchased through a channel other than our official website or authorized sales channels, the return and refund rules of that seller apply.
Shipping charges paid at checkout, where separately stated, are typically non-refundable unless we confirm a shipping error on our part.
If a return shipment contains fewer items than agreed, we may adjust the refund by up to the full value of the missing item(s), including any promotional gifts or bundled accessories that were required to be returned with the order.
Approved refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received, quality-checked, and accepted at our facility. You will be notified if a return is rejected (for example, due to wear, missing components, or policy non-compliance).
Once approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method where technically possible. Bank and payment network processing times may add several business days before the amount appears in your account.
For Cash on Delivery or other cases where reversal to the original method is not available, we will coordinate an agreed alternative (such as bank transfer) after verification, subject to valid documentation as requested by our team.
You may request a replacement or exchange for an eligible item (for example, size or design variant), subject to availability and the same general conditions as returns—unused condition, original packaging, and successful inspection.
For high-value precious metal items, a replacement or exchange shipment is typically released only after the original piece is received back by Gharena House or picked up by our logistics partner, as applicable to your order.

When a reverse pickup is scheduled, please ensure someone is available and responsive to the delivery partner's calls. Missed pickups may cancel the attempt and require you to reschedule, which can extend processing time.
Certain PIN codes may not support reverse pickup. Where needed, we may ask you to ship the parcel via a reliable carrier (for example, India Post or another approved courier). We may reimburse reasonable documented return shipping costs up to ₹70 per approved return, as communicated at the time of approval.
If your actual return shipping exceeds the approved reimbursement cap, the difference may be adjusted against the refund unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. For areas without courier pickup, you may need to self-ship to our address; reimbursement follows the same cap where applicable.
If you receive an empty package or missing products, contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide a 360-degree unboxing video without cuts or edits for us to investigate and process such claims.
Insufficient evidence or visible tampering may result in rejection of the claim. Gharena House reserves full rights to make the final decision.
